As Ironwood’s leader of Sales Support and Customer Care Teams, Kim is a strong advocate for customer satisfaction. Kim’s stance on integrity is one of providing an exceptional customer experience. She does this daily by providing transparency and exuding a core belief in doing what is right and in the best interest of customers.
As Operations Manager with 15 years of experience in the credit card industry, Kim leads her team by example and through instruction by being professional and dedicated to fulfilling each customers’ needs. She’s steadfast in supporting Ironwood’s service teams as they are often the key point of contact for customers and Executive Sales Consultants.
Previously and for 14 years, Kim served as Operations Manager for National Processing Company (NPC), a Vantiv company – publicly traded on the NYSE, one of the largest providers of credit and debit card acceptance for the nation’s small businesses. For 12 years, Kim served as the relationship manager of Security Card where Ironwood’s two owners, John Lewis was co-founder and Dee Lovelace were both former shareholders and executives.
Kim is a real fan of the Disney Corporation in how they deliver the ultimate customer experience, and she supports her enthusiasm by experiencing their many attractions as she enjoys traveling with her husband to Orlando, Florida. Kim received an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Jefferson Community College.
