National Recruiting & Sales Trainer
Kristie joined the company the same month that Ironwood launched as a new corporation. As the company has undergone many positive changes, Kristie has been a key leader in helping to reshape the company’s consultative sales and advisory services methods aimed at helping small and mid-sized businesses succeed.
Ironwood’s focus is on building lasting relationships with its customers and prospects, and training is at the core of Ironwood’s renaissance. Kristie’s business skills along with her enthusiasm, high energy, and encouragement for others are all key attributes towards effective training at Ironwood.
Previously, Kristie was the Director of Training of a large payments processing company where she redesigned and implemented new outside sales agent onboarding process, training modules, and live training for over 1,400+ new sales agents. To complement Kristie’s background in training, she has a wealth of experience in staff recruiting and marketing.
Kristie presently lives in the Los Angeles area where she enjoys the culinary scene, yoga, and hiking in Malibu and the Santa Monica mountains. Kristie is a graduate of Chapman University where she received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
