Human Resources Manager
Rich manages Ironwood’s human resources and has responsibilities in organizational planning, employee relations, employment processing, benefits, documentation, and records management. He also helps support operations, customer service, CRM development and implementation, administration, compliance, analysis, and information technology including systems management, hardware and software evaluations and maintenance.
His career spans nine years in the human resources field in various positons, and Rich holds both a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Utah State University. Rich worked a number of years in telecommunication industry for Century Link and Convergys and three years in merchant processing.
Rich is an avid outdoorsman and spends his spare time snowboarding and fly fishing, paddling, and backpacking with his wife and dogs. He’s actively engaged as a volunteer with Boy Scouts of America.
